All Stars Promotion (hereinafter referred to as "All Stars", "the company", "we", "us", "our") provides services through the website https://playlikes1mple.com/ (hereinafter referred to as "the site") in accordance with the following terms (hereinafter referred to as "the terms"). The company may offer services not regulated by this agreement, requiring a separate contract.

2. Acceptance of the Terms

To use the services, you must accept these terms. Acceptance of the terms is mandatory before using the services.

You can accept the terms in the following ways:

Content Access:

• - Free content: Some lessons are available for free after registration.
• - Paid content: By purchasing a course, you get access to over 55 high-quality unique CS2 lessons developed with the participation of s1mple, a knowledge base, and access to a closed community in Discord.

Learning Materials Language:

• - All video lessons are in English. Subtitles are available in Spanish, German, Portuguese, Ukrainian, and Russian. The Discord chat language is English.

10. Learning Format and Access Duration

Learning Format:

• - Learning takes place online without being tied to specific dates or locations—you can watch video lessons at any convenient time. All materials are available on a modern device with internet access. Registration in Discord is required for communication (it is recommended to install the mobile app or desktop version).

Access Duration:

• - Access to the course is granted for 1 year from the date of purchase, with automatic renewal, which can be canceled if necessary.

11. Subscription Cancellation

• - Before purchasing a subscription, you can view free lessons as an example of the content you will receive after subscription.
• - The subscription cannot be canceled after purchasing the course.
• - Payments for partially used periods are not refundable and are not credited to future payments.
• - You can cancel the automatic renewal of the subscription at any time, but in case of cancellation, the already paid subscription fees are not refundable. After cancellation, you have access to services until the end of the current subscription period.

• - All important news and updates can be found in the "Notifications" section in your personal account and on our social media pages.

13. Service Payment

• - Payment is made exclusively through the Stripe payment system. When choosing a payment plan, you must provide accurate information about your payment method. You confirm and guarantee that the information you provide to All Stars or Stripe is truthful and that you have the right to use this payment method.
• - In case of any changes, such as changes to billing addresses or the expiration date of a credit card, you are obliged to immediately update your account and payment information.
• - All payments are accepted in USD. The cost of services does not include additional bank and payment system fees. The company reserves the right to change prices at its discretion.
• - For any questions related to payment or financial transactions, please contact us by sending an email to contact@allstarspromotion.com. If you dispute any charges, you must inform All Stars within five (5) days of the charge.
• - The service subscription is provided for an annual term with automatic renewal, which can be canceled in your personal account. Failure to cancel means that you allow All Stars to store your data and automatically charge your account after the term without additional actions on your part. If it is not possible to charge the payment, allowed by you during subscription registration, we may, at our discretion: (i) issue you an invoice and suspend access until payment is received, or (ii) update your account information through third-party sources to maintain chargeability.

14. Affiliate Program

• - Each user receives a personal affiliate link that they can distribute. If someone makes a purchase using this link, the company provides the affiliate with a $20 compensation.
• - For refunds, the company uses the payment data provided by the user through the PayPal system (withdrawal information is also possible in cryptocurrency). Funds can only be withdrawn if the amount exceeds $100 and if the number of users who made purchases using the affiliate link is at least five. The withdrawal period is 15 business days.
